Design and implementation of a fingerprint biometric multi-user electronic key control management solution for securing and monitoring vehicles keys and other assets. Developed a unique intelligent IVR (interactive voice recognition) solution for ATM cash replenishments called CIAS.

• Pioneer behind the design of the UK's first automated Cencon lock Interactive Voice Recognition solution for ATM cash replenishments

• 3 year contracts with Mercedes-Benz Retail (£2.5m), BMW GB Retail (£1.5m), Porsche GB Retail (£1.5m) and Cycle and Carriage Malaysia (£250k)

• 5 year contract with Co-operative Bank for the implementation of CIAS (£1.25m)

• Deployed an interactive vehicle security and communication device called i-mob within Cycle & Carriage Bintang, Malaysia. 23,500 Mercedes-Benz vehicle installations (£3.5m)

• Successfully expanded a US plc. automotive software solutions subsidiary company in the UK from start-up to sale for £30m. One of the pioneers behind the UK's first F&I (finance and insurance) software application designed for Ford Credit Europe Bank and deployed across the UK, Germany, Italy, France and Spain.

• Successfully completed a 2 year board management programme in the US,  which led to my return to the UK subsidiary, as Director of Sales of Marketing, where I generated sales revenues in excess of £6m per annum resulting in an additional £2m of reoccurring transaction fees per annum from approved FCE Bank loan applications.
